Personal data protection and cookie usage notice pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

Dear Customer, Easywork Italia srl, with registered office at via Capranica 15 — 20132 — MILAN (MI) (the “Company”), is the Data Controller of the data you provide when registering on the site or that we collect while providing our services. You can send requests or communications to the Controller at info@easyworkitalia.it.

Browsing the site does not require you to provide personal details. To use the online “contact” service or any additional services, you will need to enter your personal data in the dedicated sections of the site.

The data entered will be processed with security measures appropriate to current technological standards and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”).

Processing will follow the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and rights.

This notice refers only to this website and not to other websites that may be reached through links on our pages.

No data resulting from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we provide the following information:

1. Purposes of processing

The Company collects and processes your personal data for purposes necessary to provide the services you request via this site, including through communication to third parties appointed as Data Processors (see section 5). Data may also be processed for internal purposes such as registry management, accounting, invoicing, debt collection, statistical purposes, communications, and additional services you have explicitly requested. The legal bases for processing may be your consent, the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or compliance with legal obligations to which the Company is subject as Data Controller.

2. Marketing and commercial communications

Your data may also be processed: (a) to send commercial information and offers for services similar to those you purchased while accessing the site, unless you object by writing to info@easyworkitalia.it; (b) where you give explicit consent, to send commercial information, advertising and informational material, carry out commercial communications (including interactive ones), and direct sales activities for products and services, including those of third parties.

3. Processing methods

Processing is carried out both manually and through electronic tools, with all precautions necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information.

4. Authorised personnel

Your data may be processed within our Company by all persons appointed in writing by the Data Controller and trained on the applicable privacy obligations.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data may be disclosed to third parties exclusively for technical and operational needs strictly related to the purposes listed above, and in particular to the following categories of recipients:

a) entities, professionals, companies or other structures appointed by us to carry out the processing related to administrative, accounting, commercial and management obligations connected with our ordinary business activity, including for debt collection purposes;

b) public authorities and administrations for purposes connected with the fulfilment of legal obligations;

c) banks, financial institutions or other entities to which the transfer of data is necessary for our business activity, in particular in relation to the fulfilment of the contractual obligations we have undertaken towards you.

6. Data transfer

Your personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. The Company does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union.

7. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship with the Company. After termination, the Company retains contract-related personal data to fulfil contractual and legal obligations (including tax obligations). Thereafter, the data is retained for a period not exceeding the statute of limitations provided by law, in case it is necessary to assert or defend a right in court.

8. Nature of the provision

Providing your personal data is optional, but refusing to provide the data or to consent to the processing in point 1 of this notice will make it impossible for us to conclude the contract, deliver the requested services, and fulfil our legal obligations. If you refuse the processing in point 2, processing will be limited to the full performance of the obligations arising from the services you requested and the fulfilment of legal, regulatory and EU obligations.

9. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Easywork Italia srl, with registered office at via Capranica 15 — 20132 — MILAN (MI). The list of any Data Processors is available at the Controller's offices and may be requested by writing to info@easyworkitalia.it.

10. Your rights

You may exercise your rights at any time vis-à-vis the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR. In particular, you have the right to:

— object to processing where your data is processed for direct marketing, including for services identical to those already purchased (right to object);

— obtain information on the purposes of processing, the retention period, and the recipients (right of access);

— obtain rectification or integration of inaccurate personal data (right to rectification);

— obtain erasure of your personal data where: (a) the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; (b) you have withdrawn the consent on which processing is based; (c) you have objected to processing based on our legitimate interest; (d) the processing is unlawful. Retention remains lawful where required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim (right to erasure);

— obtain restriction of processing where: (a) you contest the accuracy of the data; (b) the processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure; (c) the data is needed for legal claims; (d) you have objected to processing pending verification (right to restriction);

— receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you, processed by automated means on the basis of a contract or your consent (right to portability).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11 — 00187 Rome RM) in relation to the processing of your personal data.
